Can sensitive information stay onsite with Glivent?

What happens if a cloud AI provider is unavailable?

The fallback is agreed and tested for that specific task. It reduces disruption and reliance on one provider, but it is not a promise that every workflow can run without interruption.

A Glivent workflow can record the inputs used, the steps completed, staff approvals, unusual cases and final outcomes when the business needs evidence of how work was handled. What should be recorded depends on the process, the sensitivity of the information and how long the business needs to keep it.
