Glivent defines where a person must review, approve or handle an exception based on the consequence of an error. AI can prepare or organise work, but responsibility remains with the authorised person or business process.
Put review where it matters
A draft internal summary and a decision that affects a customer do not need the same checks. Glivent looks at what could happen if the output is wrong, late or incomplete, then places human review where it matters.
Make review part of the workflow
Human review works best when it is built into the interface and responsibility is explicit. A person should know what they are checking, what evidence is available and what happens after approval or rejection.
