Glivent Partners
Bring practical AI and automation capability to your clients.
Glivent Partners is a referral program for agencies, consultants, advisers and service businesses. Introduce clients with genuine operational problems to Glivent; we assess, design and deliver the solution, and you earn commission when the work proceeds to implementation.
How the program works
Improve. Introduce. Earn.
The strongest introductions start with a real understanding of the business problem, not a sales script or a list of contacts.
- 01
Improve
Understand Glivent's approach and, where useful, experience it within your own business before introducing it to clients.
- 02
Introduce
Recognise a genuine operational need and make a warm introduction with the client's agreement.
- 03
Earn
Earn commission when an accepted referral proceeds to qualifying paid implementation.
A focused relationship
Add capability without becoming the delivery team.
You bring the client understanding and make the introduction. Glivent assesses the opportunity and takes responsibility for the work it agrees to deliver.
- Extend the specialist capability available to your clients
- Earn commission from successful implementation referrals
- Keep your role focused on the client relationship you already understand
- Leave qualification, scoping, pricing and implementation to Glivent
- Participate without minimum referral targets or exclusivity
- Use clear program rules, written acceptance and tracked attribution
Partner tiers
Recognition grows with successful implementation referrals.
Every Approved Partner begins at Silver. The tier held when Glivent accepts a referral determines the rate and cap for that client.
| Tier | Successful referrals | Commission | Maximum per client |
|---|---|---|---|
| Silver Partner | 0-1 | 5% | $500 |
| Gold Partner | 2-4 | 7.5% | $750 |
| Platinum Partner | 5+ | 10% | $1,000 |
Rates and caps exclude GST. Commission is calculated on eligible implementation service revenue actually received and retained by Glivent. Discovery, recurring services, hardware, software licences, third-party costs and later unrelated work are excluded. The signed Referral Partner Agreement contains the complete rules and prevails over this website summary.
Suitable referrals
A real business need and a willing contact.
A useful referral gives Glivent enough context to assess the opportunity without sharing unnecessary personal, sensitive or confidential information.
- Repetitive administration or manual processing
- Disconnected tools, documents and business systems
- Slow handoffs, follow-up or customer response
- Recurring reporting and information-handling workload
- Difficult-to-access business knowledge
- Privacy-sensitive or unmanaged AI use
- A process that depends too heavily on one person's memory
- A clear opportunity for automation or custom software
Referrals must be genuine, consented introductions. Purchased lists, scraped contacts, cold leads and bulk contact data are not accepted.
Becoming an Approved Partner
A straightforward approval process.
Applying begins the conversation. Approved Partner status starts only after Glivent and the applicant have both signed the Referral Partner Agreement.

Common questions
Before you apply or refer.
Who is Glivent Partners for?
The program is intended for agencies, consultants, advisers and service businesses that understand their clients' operations and can recognise genuine problems Glivent may be able to solve. Every application is reviewed for fit.
Do I need to refer a minimum number of clients?
No. The program is non-exclusive and has no minimum referral obligation. Useful, well-qualified introductions matter more than volume.
What makes a referral successful?
The referred client signs a qualifying implementation agreement or statement of work and Glivent receives the first cleared implementation payment.
Does discovery earn commission?
No. Discovery, consulting and operational review services do not earn commission. Commission applies only to eligible implementation service revenue under the Referral Partner Agreement.
What counts as an accepted referral?
A referral is accepted only when it has been registered through Glivent's approved process and Glivent confirms acceptance in writing. Submitting a referral does not guarantee acceptance.
Who manages the referred client?
Glivent manages qualification, discovery, recommendations, pricing, contracting, implementation and delivery directly with the client. A referral partner cannot make commitments on Glivent's behalf.
