ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are general AI tools that are useful for research, drafting and one-off tasks. Glivent builds and supports complete business workflows around the right model. The workflow follows approved steps, uses only the access it needs, sends unusual cases to a person and can keep sensitive processing onsite or redact information before an approved cloud step.
The main difference
Access to a capable model is only one part of an operational system. A recurring business process also needs clear inputs, named responsibilities, permissions, checks, exception handling and support when the surrounding software changes.
Glivent designs those parts around the work. AI handles a defined step rather than deciding the whole process from scratch. The wording of an AI output may vary, but the approved process, required checks and limits remain the same.

Glivent can use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another approved provider for the specific step where it performs best. The provider sits inside the designed workflow rather than becoming the whole system.
A Hybrid design can keep identifying or sensitive information on the Glive Pod, remove details the cloud step does not need, and send only the approved material to the provider. The result returns to the controlled workflow for checks, approval and the next action.
More consistent work
A general agent may choose different action paths when its instructions or context change. That flexibility is useful for open-ended work. It is less suitable when a business process must follow the same approved sequence each time.
Glivent separates the fixed process from the AI task. Required fields, approval limits and handoffs stay fixed. If the system cannot complete a step with enough confidence, it sends the case to the right person instead of improvising.
