Glivent answers

Does every Glivent implementation use AI?

Direct Answer

No. Glivent may recommend conventional workflow automation, a software or integration change, clearer process controls, or no new technology at all. AI is used only where it adds enough operational value for the capability, cost and risk involved.

The job comes first

AI can help with some document, language and knowledge tasks. Other work is safer and easier to maintain with ordinary rules, forms, software connections or a clearer process.

How the choice is made

Glivent checks the task, the information involved, how reliable the result must be and what staff will do when something goes wrong. We use AI only when it is more useful than a simpler option and staff can work with it confidently.

Mixed systems are normal

One system can use several approaches. It might use fixed rules to check required fields, Private AI for sensitive document work and an approved cloud service for a task that needs more capability. Glivent explains each choice so the business knows where AI is used and why.
